    Has Season 3 of JL been confirmed yet?

    Hi all,

    I've been busy for the last few weeks, so I must have missed several interesting threads! With all the talk about who IS going to appear in Season 3, does this mean that Season 3 of JL has been confirmed? Season 3 of JL is definitely going to happen, and Timm & Co. are working on it right now... all we're missing is the formality of an 'official' announcement?

    Someone please shed light on my curiosity! The wait is killing me!

    Season 3 has been confirmed with a list of guest superheros. Its hasn't been said when it is going to be produced though.

    Exactly. Guest stars, not villains. No villains have been mentioned as of yet.

    CN hasn't officially announced the third season of JL (I believe they announce all the pickups in Febuary I could be wrong) but work on a third season has definately begun. We don't know how much has been done but we do have quite a list of guest stars, but no villians yet.

    Unless that certain unmentionable site is just making up lies right and left, all the announcements of guest voice actors for third season episodes would seem to confirm both the third season itself and the idea that it's probably at least in preproduction.

    I don't think that Timm and CN will let the series die so soon. But I can't believe Timm is putting in all those guest stars. That just doesn't sound like his style and I hope he isn't going for the old quantity over quality technique.

    Keep in mind that Lois Lane was a "guest star" in "Only a Dream."

    Does that help put a few things in perspective?

    We don't know that CN is delaying anything......in fact with voice actors being named it's more than likely that S3 production is under way. The VA's are usally recorded before any kind of animation work is done.

    Oh, gosh. I don't know. Maybe villains from the OTHER heroes, hmm? I'd rather liked to see the Reverse Flash... yes... I mean, they did a sketch of him. So maybe they planned to use him. They just haven't yet...

    I'd love to see it...

    But so far, we've only gotten hero guest appearances.

    The Official Season 3 thread lists the Guest Stars on the last page.

    And as for villains, we have Mongul and Ares.
