Question about Green Lantern Corps Members

Hey I've been trying to figure out which names correspond to which GLs in the JL episode "In Blackest Night" for a while now. I know Kilawog and Tomar Re, (and of course John Stewart) but if anyone can help me out on the other ones I'd be appreciative. There's the werewolf looking guy, the spheroid guy with four legs, and the cucumber-like being. The episode has voice actors listed for Graz, and Forian. I'm pretty sure the cucumber guy didn't talk so I'm thinking it's down to Graz and Forian being the hairy guy and the sphere in no particular order. Anyone familiar enough with the corps from the comics to shed some light on this?

I'm slowly but surly customizing the animated GL corps, but I'd feel a bit odd customizing characters who's names I don't know

The GLC members were:

Arrkis Chummuck (werewolf guy): first appeared in GL (2nd series) #130
Galius Zed (dodgeball guy): first appeared in GL (2nd series) #150
Larvox (the cucumber guy): first appeared in GL (2nd series) #11

Interestingly enough, the Forians was mentioned in Kilowog's testimony in Part 2, where he said something along the lines that if it weren't for John, "the Forians would have got us for sure." (paraphrase -- I'm going by memory here). I don't recall a Forian having any speaking role.

Gaz may have been short for Galius Zed, or the name of a Guardian, going by the voice credit... but that's just my guess.
