This way each day brings a variety, and reruns of Superman and Batman Beyond don't get repetitive. Superman gets more days because it has 2 more episodes.

That's how I'd do it.This way, the shows with not that many episodes (He-Man and Transformers) are only on Toonami Fridays.
NOTE: I would cut all of the useless JL and SJ repeats through the week and their only timeslots would be 4:30 and 5:00 during Toonami: Mondays-Thursdays so they don't get stale to viewers.
