    Nightwing or Robin

    Like This Thread!
Has there been any word on Robin or Nightwing showing up at all? If not how would you have them appear on the show?

Boy do you know how to get me talkin! lol. Anyway....

Okay, Nightwing's my bigger, more analyzed issue so I'll cover Robin first. Before I form an opinion I'm wondering....would people be confused from seeing Dick as Robin in the 70s Justice League, while in the new show they'll see Tim?? That's the only worry I guess. But since history is often rewritten for Elseworld purposes I guess that doesn't have to be an issue.

I'd love to see Robin, but under one condition. Don't bring him in until later on in the series. First we must establish how Batman acts, inside and out, towards the JL crew. Then we can further complicate and enhance things, character wize.

I'd love to see Nightwing in JLA (this quoted from the book of "DUH!"). We could get some great bitterness vibes going between him and Bruce at times. My only problem is I'd want the JL crew to be aware of Nightwing's accomplishments, like the Teen Titans and Bludhaven. But not only could that possibly be out of continuity, but it would be adding another character to dive into out of an already hefty sized cast.

That said, I think it can be done. His accomplishments as a loner himself could be displayed (re-written if necessary of course) by, say, an episode with his first appearance and initiation, of sorts.

I'd like to see Robin and Nightwing pop up in a episode ( maybe Batmans letting them check out the JL headquarters and then all hell breaks loose and they team up with the rest of The League) but I dont think they should ever join the team.

I think that'd be pretty cool. It could lead into a nice JLA/Titans teamup episode. Heck, if they're letting the JSA teamup why not Titans?

    Something else I realized

I just realized something else while enjoying another viewing of Superman's "Knight Time". Clark and Tim seemed to have made a nice friendly relationship with each other. And I like how they were handled in the episode itself. So if Robin isn't there, I'm sure Superman will bug Bruce until he brings him! lol.

Making the whole Teen Titans thing would be awesome, but I could understand if they just wanted to bring in Nightwing and not mention much if anything about the Titans (just sticking to Bludhaven). But if you brought Dick back in (and I'm talkin Loren Lester, let's not forget) I'm sure you'd be in for some reeaally nice good episodes...
