well since it's called Gotham In Blue I would have to say it will be similar to Gotham In Pink except all the woman disappear the men try to find the woman while the woman find out who is responsible for this.

I....don't think so. The 'men dissapearing' arc is supposed to last the whole season, so I doubt it'll swtich four episodes in. I think the episode will involve mainly police work (Blue meaning the officer's uniforms), or focus on the female Commossioner. While it appears that Gordon is back at the end of last week's episode, I think it's too soon. That cliffhanger, I think, it a mis-direction.
