That's the Kobra leader in Unmasked. He says it right before he jumps into the snake pit. He thinks he's unmasked Batman.

I can't really think of a quote right now, so the next one it up for grabs.

Batman Year One, do you mean "I think I can handle it."? Cause that's from Terry at the end of Rebirth. Sorry if it's not. Both sound very alike...

If that's not it, then I'll take a wildshot and say that it's Stalker. Sounds like something he might say....

I think maybe if anyone is in agreement with me here, that if some kind of a clue isn't given within the next 24hours, that the floor should be open again.

, but it's been some time now, and no one is getting it, even though it sounds like it should be really easy. It's driving me crazy!

Wow, it just hit me. I feel pretty dumb......

That's Bruce in Out of the Past, talking to those thugs that surround him after his tire goes flat. They say something like need help old timer, and Bruce says, "I can manage."
I knew I recognized that quote.

Anyway, the next one up is,
