    DC Direct Batman & Robin 2-Pack Figures

    Like This Thread!
    I can't believe that no one started this thread already (or I'm just a DOPE and couldn't find it ), so I figured I'll just have to start it myself !!

    Anyway, I just looked at the photo on the news page for about the 100th time, and I still can't get my jaw off of the floor !!!
    (I also couldn't add it to this post, or I would have included it-
    maybe a mod might like to do that ??)

    These figures are DEAD ON likenesses of Carmine Infantino's Silver Age Batman and Robin... like they just popped out of the comics !!! I saw the Silver Age Superman at WizardWorld Chicago last weekend, so my hopes for B&R were very high indeed, and that photo just blew me away ... I can't wait for these figures !!

    I think the people at DC Direct knew that expectations would be high for their first Batman figures, and they responded in a big way.
    I'm very nit-picky about figure sculpts, and a big fan of the Silver Age Batman to boot- and these figures are just absolutely perfect.
