Dr. X, Dr. Double X...it would be pretty cool to see some of Batman's old Science Fictiony villains from the 50s (Or was it the 60s?) on Justice League since Justice League is more about larger than life bad guys then just guys with guns.

The reason these have not been mentioned is because they asked for Batman villains. Not all of these villains are exclusively Batman villains in the way that Joker, Two-Face, Riddler, etc. are.

I like the Bat-villains, but I don't think they could write a powerful enough story for a "kids' show" that would make a Bat-villain appear as threatening as they'd need to appear to warrant the JL battling them, you know? If Joker arranged a huge series of murders, maybe it would take the JL to protect the city while the other half tracked down the Joker, but something like that wouldn't make it past censors.

Although, given that they could write a truly menacing story, I would love to see Riddler (B:TAS style) go against the JL in an enormous scale crime wave that Batman couldn't even solve alone.

I'd like to see a teaming of Batman and Hawkgirl that concentrates on Batman's, and even Hawkgirl's, detective prowess. The villain would be the self-mutilating serial killer- Mr. Zsasz. A lot of the villains are officially multiple killers, even mass murderers, but they are shown in the semi-campy super villain persona and their murderous histories are often glossed over or ignored. You couldn't do that when the villain is strictly a serial killer. I doubt it could ever get past the censors, but if any writers pulled this off, I'd at least know they were working overtime on the creativity department and therefore, I'd go into it with higher expectations regarding the plotting and overall script. This episode would at least have the opportunity, if done right, to be more appealing to the average adult's intelligence than many cartoon episodes are willing to attempt. Might even be spooky!

I think that Ra's, and i dont know... Poison Ivy in my opinion isn't that good of an evil villian. But i guess Ra's, Mr. Freeze(not too bad) and yeah Poison Ivy.

well on the JL site they list a Secret Society gang for Season 2. And it mentioned Poison Ivy, that's why I said she'd be in season 2!

How about The Creeper? The reporter, Jake Ryan, loses his patch and falls in love with Hawkgirl. Can you imagine her hitting him with his mace over and over again, and he keeps coming back for more? It would be HYSTERICAL!!!!! THINK ABOUT IT!

Seems like more and more people are going with Scarecrow, and I just wanted to add that I think it would be an awesome idea. It could be a great chance for John Stewart to really show off what he's made of... nobody else in the League is considered "fearless" so when the Scarecrow strikes and makes everyone live their greatest fears, only John would be able to face his fear and save the day. And just seeing the various members' greatest fears would be worth the price of production for the episode if you ask me.

The Scarecrow would be an AWESOME idea, indeed. The two Scarecrow episodes run during the last season of BTAS were so riveting and dark that I was on the edge of my seat for them. Yes, he would work well in JL.

someone mentioned Mr. Zsasz...uh, yeah right. No way he gets by the censors. Besides, I wouldn't want anyone softening his character. Anyone remember Carnage on FOX's Spider-man??? YUCK!!! He sucked, especially the Dormammu origin they gave Kassidy. If you bring up Zsasz you might as well suggest Cornelius Stirk, the cannibal!!!

as far as Superman, I'd like to see Brainiac, Metallo, & the Toyman.
