Joel Ehrlich, Senior Vice President of Advertising and Promotions for Warner Bros. and DC Comics, gives us a glimmer of hope for a Justice League toyline in ToyFare #59. Here is his quote, from Super Heroes: Sandwiches to Come with Justice League Toys (page 14):
"We won't see a Justice League toy line this year, but we will sometime in 2003."
"You don't have the tools to defeat me."

I am not 100% sure but if you guys go on www.jokerinc.com and click on message boards look for the name "Toy Detective or TD for short.....but anyway he is a veru reliable source and said that dc direct has already sculpted the jl animated figures and they are 5 inch so on the Dc Comics message Boards people are saying there is a big suprise for December and some people think it is Batman and Robin but Dc Direct does not even have the rights to make them but they do have the rights for the jl animated figures and have aalready been made and people are saying there is a big suprise for December so there is a chance you might not have to wait till 2003! We shall see! Later everyone!![]()

Smallville Episode#1
I know these toys will come out eventually. It's really only a matter of time, so I'm not getting my shorts in a bunch just yet. If we spend too much time asking "when are they coming" we'll just stress ourselves out (I know I will!). Pretty soon, I'm sure we'll log on to Toonzone news and see some pics of prototypes...the less you worry about it the sooner they'll come!
