I saw Justice League footage at Comic Con!!

    Like This Thread!
It was a long wait. I sat in line from 315 pm to 430 pm with no guarantee I would get into the conference room because a lot of people stay in from one conference to the next just to get good seats anywho..........

DG by the way I've got a lot info if you want it for the Justice League page.
    Spoiler!!

Bruce Timm, Rich Fogel, James Tucker, Glen Murakami, and Shane Glines were there. They gave a background about it and then they showed a clip from the show. It was really short probably a minute and a half. Its from the second episode. The JL is fighting a group of alien invading space ships( or robot creatures) on what looks like earth. Green Lantern, Superman, Wonderwoman, Hawkgirl, and Martian Manhunter are all in the air. Green Lantern does damage with his power ring. Superman grabs one of the ships and hurls it into a nearby cliff. Let me tell you the explosions are spectacular. They are putting a lot more detail in the show then they did with Superman and Batman. They only have one shot of Batman who is on the ground. He looks into the sky when a spaceship nearly crashes into him and he does a realy quick forward handspring. Next it pans to Hawkgirl who kicks ass with her electrical mace or whatever it is. She get shot down by one of them and falls onto a cliff. Wonderwoman comes to her aid, and here's the best part. She stands as the alien ship approaches and she deflects all the blasts with her metal cuffs. Finally they have a sky shot where you see a close up of Superman's cape right before he zooms into the distance to fight another alien.

I'm pretty sure that's it. Bruce told them to show it twice, so we could really appreciate it. There was also a slide show with comments about the show's direction and info on villains. Its a lot of info. So just ask me what you want to know......

    Justice League rocks!!

The coloring of Batmans costume in the shot of the Wonder Woman maquette was purple. I actually thought it looked cool (in the old, old days of Dick Sprang, Jack Burnley & Win Mortimer the grey would read kinda purple). In the actual animation, did it have a purple look or standard grey?

Ya know Bruce Timm said it kinda had that purple look in the grey. It was real slight but I think there was a little purple in it. Batman only had one shot like 2 seconds of footage. So its hard to tell

Thanks Tim. If Bruce Timm mentioned it I guess it's happening. I know it seems trivial, but I"m excited about it.

BTW - I did notice the purple-ish tinge of his suit, which I think looks really good. I like how they keep slightly altering his appearance, showing Batman's growth throughout the various series.

Purplish, hmmm. I hadn't noticed that... maybe I need to take a closer look.
