Plenty, check the first post of this thread for the 'Current News' tag. The same list of news is also included in the YJ news and speculation thread's first post. I think I have the same type of list ongoing for the Green Lantern and Beware the Batman news threads.

Cool. Thanks for the heads up. I missed the "current news" thing.
I was rushing through the posts to find stuff, so fast that I guess I missed the most important thing.

So, action-RPG where you control mutliple heroes.
Sounds like "Justice League Heroes", "X-Men Legends 1 and 2", and "Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2". Hopefully, it's awesome!

Seeing as all the games you listed are some of my all time favorites, I have a feeling I'm going to love Legacy, but I'm just nervous to see how our beloved team looks; it's not easy to pull this off.

My guess on what new section of the island will be is its prison complex, Peņa Dura. Unless they're going after the secret of Zesti Soda. :P

It's been known since the February 21st press release, but yes, the game will include both online and local multiplayer modes.

Yeesh... That better be pre-Alpha, or snapped at the wrong frame, or something... When a mook body design looks more natural than a hero design (arguably the hero design), you've got troubles. There was more meat on the aliens at the end of Close Encounters. And if big, muscley male character Nightwing looks that skinny, I worry for comparably wiry Artemis' nutritional health. I know these aren't Timm-style linebackers-in-pads designs, but they aren't fashion sketches, either...

I think the screen shot is pretty good, I mean sure it could be better, but considering what this games is (a game for a TV show), it's pretty good.

Nightwing has an acrobatic frame. That's fine. Any bigger and Superboy has to look like the Hulk.

I'm wondering what sort of build it is. For an early build on, like, the Wii, that's not bad... but if the graphics look like that on a high-end console, ick: we'd better pray it plays well. Even the worst comic book tie-in games look sharper.

No way! It could look way worse. X-Men Legends and Marvel Ultimate Alliance I & II were all spectacularly fun games, but the graphics were usually just awful. Take a look at X-Men Legends II. Scarlet Witch doesn't even have a face...

    Again, could be much worse.

What if the size variation between Nightwing and the enemy is due to the enemy being on Venom or just being a bruiser type character? The screenshot is from Santa Prisca after all. So if that's the case then Nightwing isn't scrawny, his enemy may just be huge, and it just makes Nightwing look smaller in comparison.

Alternatively: the game does take place over a full five years. Maybe at the point this screenshot takes place at, he's just become Nightwing and isn't very muscular yet.

X-Men Legends II is seven years and a console generation old - at this point a wet paper bag could beat it in the graphics department. I think it definitely looks worse than the Ultimate Alliance games, and, again, those games are years old now.

Not to say a game with pretty poor graphics can't be fun (or that these are the final graphics - it may still be early in development), but generally speaking, well-built games have more polish. Particularly on the first image they release to the world.

Understood. But Nightwing in that shot is considerably skinnier than in his series design, which is pretty spot-on for how he should look.

That's the thing. That design makes even Robin look muscular.

We'll probably get some better shots as the release gets closer.

Maybe they'll handle the time jump by giving the characters more than one costume or by having armor upgrades of some sort. I guess it all depends if they start the game right after the end of season 1 or later.

Since she appears to be on Santa Prisca where Nightwing was seen, it's possible that at the time of this screenshot that she had gone through some minor costume changes, which would render my nitpick moot.

And of course since the game is still about 9 months away, it's possible that what we're seeing here isn't final art.
