Of course the DCAU one wins this one. He's followed by the Brave and the Bold version.

Honestly, I had a really hard time with this one. I think Under the Red Hood, Brave and the Bold, and The Animated Series all have very good but also very different Jokers. I actually didn't love TAS Joker. I didn't think Hamill always had Joker's voice perfect, and I was not at all a fan of the joker design in B:TAS or TNBA. Of course by the time Justice League rolled around Hamill had the Joker down pat and the design was perfect. By now there's no question that Mark Hamill has done an amazing job as the Joker, but I think that's largely due to his incredible performance in the Arkham games and not in the DCAU.

Both Jeff Bennett and John DiMaggio both had their own interesting takes on the character and I will admit, I was very close to voting John DiMaggio as the best Joker. But when it came down to it, I remembered Mark Hamill's fantastic performance in Return of the Joker and how menacing and insane he can really play the character and decided when it comes down to it he's the one who deserves my vote.
