Static mutters something to the effect of Batman likely having real earplugs (he's wearing earmuffs).
I was surprised to learn that R.B.M. and Ebon are brothers, although they have a similar talent for stretching themselves. It must be something in the genetic code (this makes the double helix they form while wrestling doubly funny). Also note the atrocious treatment of metahumans in prison (one prisoner is treated with flea powder, another looks like Hannibal Lecter in her muzzle).
Adam may not be bad, but he does have a bit of an ego problem. In every incarnation he seems to demand attention--first as a singer, then as a criminal, now as a hero. That's his big character flaw, and what might end it with Sharon. Then again that could be for the best--Mr. Hawkins probably wouldn't want his grandkids bouncing about the nursery....
Was sort of sorry to not see Kangor about, as it might have been funny to see him kick around R.B.M. like a soccer ball with those big feet....

I pointed out that I thought that it belonged on Anitainment, he though BSB...since it's a grey area, we left it at that, and I PMed a mod.

No one was mad at anyone (at least the way I saw it) and this has helped secure what goes where. I see it as a good thing.

Naraht's right...we weren't arguing. And I edited my first post so that it doesn't look like it's the first post on the thread. Since I started up my own thread on BSB...the reason I did is cause I didn't realise naraht already did. So yeah...everthing's cool.

Enjoyed seeing Aquamaria on this episode, and here's hoping to bring her back with other Blood Syndicate members on Static one day. Appearently, the Meta-Breed can't keep a fourth member to save their life. First, D-Struct, then Carmendillo and Aquamaria, then Kangor, and now Shiv was probably on lock in another area when Madelyn broke the Breed and Hotstreak out of jail. Seems only Ebon and Talon are the only full time members.

It was nice seeing this episode again. i loved the fight between Rbman and Ebon at the end.

Wow, I never commented on this the first time around?

My some of my favorite characters typically tend to be the "grey" characters, the ones that elude a clear-cut definition of "good" and "bad"... and its nice to see that things don't stay that way, with Rubberband Man finally cleaning up.

And Ebon and RBM as brothers? Didn't see that one coming, but in retrospect it makes sense. Niiice. I kinda wish we'd see more of Ebon these days, he was a great "traditional" villain.

This was my absolute favorite episode of season two. Rubberband Man was awesome as always and the fact that he was Ebon's brother was a nice twist. You could tell Virgil hated giving him the benifit of the doubt. I loved the interplay between Adam and Ivan, you could tell how painful it was for Adam. I also loved how Rubberband Man refused to give up on Ebon. If Adam could change, so could he. I'm glad Sharon and Rubberband Man are still together. I really want Adam back in the fourth season, he wasn't in season three. (Well, okay, "Consequences" but that was a holdover from season two.) I hear rumors he may appear again this year and I really want them to be true. Score: *****
