Oh Inque. You are way to obvious. That quote was said by, Inque in the episode entitled "INQUELING." She causes the rocket at SHIMANO INDUSTRIES to fall sideways and shouts, "Blast off!" before it launches itself through 3 hangers and a petroleum truck.

That dialog is from DEAD MAN'S HAND. Terry and Melanie had just left the club. Terry asks Melanie if she is, "New in town?" To which Melanie (while in her best hooker stance) replies, "perpetually"

That was Zeta, from "Zeta", in his very first appearance on the show when he had a head shaped like a bicycle seat and didn't sound like one of Drew Carey's goofy boozer buddies. He said it in reply to something Max said to him, but I forget what offhand. Here's one I've posted before, but no one got...and it's a pretty easy one too, so I'm surprised.
