I have no audio commentary "On Leather Wings" and "Heart of Ice"
I managed to obtain the Region 3 DVDs of Batman Animated Series Volume One and I have no audio commentaries for "On Leather Wings" and "Heart of Ice" despite the box cover saying so.
Is it the same thing with Region 1 (and possible 2) folks here?
I know this is not exactly the right place to ask, but any idea where I can direct this attention to?
And yeah, I did try pressing the "Language/Audio" button. There isn't any additional tracks for those episodes, and I've checked it using various DVD Tools, there are none.

You are suffering the same problems that we are in Latinamerica, in some volumes there are missing extras, the ones that I have knowledge are these:
BTAS Vol. 2.- Missing Commentaries
TNBA Vol. 4.- The Arkham's Finest: Inside Batman's Rogue Gallery is missing.
STAS Vol. 2.- In Region 4 we have the commentary in the episode "Mxyzpixilated", but we didnīt get the VIDEO, in R1 this episode comes with a Video Commentary with Bruce Timm, Paul Dini, Dan Riba and Moderator Jason Hillhouse.
STAS Vol. 3.- We didnīt get any commentaries, none, zero, nada 
I thought this happends only in R4 buy know I see that we are not the only ones with bad luck 
Now of what can you do?, you can try contact the distribuitor of WHV in your country, I donīt know how is in your R3 boxes, but in R4 boxes, on the back of them, there is a toll free number, you can try calling them to see if theres something they can do to help you, Iīm thinking in calling but I heard that here on Mexico this kind of things doesnīt depends on the local distribuitor, they just get the "info"(video, audio, etc.) from USA and they only take care of the distribution in Mexico... or something like that, I just recall that someone called and they told him that there were nothing they can do about it, they apologize and take note of the problem so this wonīt happend in the future... but hey!! it happend again so maybe Iīll give it a shot and call them.
