I don't know why, but I never liked the Black Mask character. I'm glad he never appeared in the series.

Why not?He was a great character,I actually saw him first in shadow of the bat #3,I didn't know who he was.I played "dark tomorrow" and I saw him and he was great!Ron Perlman really could have pulled off his voice.

Black Mask is such a lame character in the comics, but the TAS crew could've done a lot of great things with the character that the comics didnt(like Mr. Freeze)

They might have felt the show already had enough exrteme villains and didn`t want to push it whit adding him to the cast.
