Need some character ID help

Hey Cats and Kitties,

I have a puzzler for you. Who was the female villain in the animated-style one-shot issue "Batgirl Adventures?" ("Oy to the World.") I re-read the issue last night, and the characters keep referring to her as "Kit," but not much else besides her given name. She was the assassin with the fox motif and the hologram-makin' jewel. Wasn't she in another issue years later? The Harley and Ivy mini-series perhaps? And does she have a normal DCU counterpart, or was she a Dini-creation?

I ask because I'm considering making a custom figure of her, and I barely know the character's name!

I'll have to go back and reread it to be sure, as I haven't since it first came out, but I assume from what you've said, that with a fox-motif, her name would probably be "Kit," which is a term for a young fox. Or a young ferret. Or one of several other young mammals.

And I assume she was created by whoever wrote that particular issue.
