Cool Arkkis, Dusty...I think I'll give this one a try!-Matt K.
I would reccommend anyone who wants to expand thier GL collection try Arkkis. He's essentially just a head retool using the base head of your choice. The GL body is pretty much there for you.Originally Posted by FALLEN ELDOR

Batman's body type seems like a better choice for an Arkkis custom. Entails more work (as opposed to using GL's) but will probably yield a more in-scale final product.Originally Posted by FALLEN ELDOR

I just got all the 3 packs, umm i have some good ideas here, copperhead paint job is off, and lex luthors body can be a good base for a two minute project nemesis.
I like copperheads face but needs better paint

Ouch! Sorry to hear about the customs falling. That would drive me to tears, as well.

Jeepers. That Supergirl figure is really short. I'll still buy it anyway, but the scaling is kind of off, huh.
Have a good day.

Would Lex's new body make a good base for Heatwave? I've not seen it in person yet, but I'm dying to know.Originally Posted by Mister Miracle

Yes your right, the base if perfect for heatface, and just use a starman head for his chin and sculpt the helmet and glasses.

Sweet! Thanks man. I'll have to keep a look out for the newer figures if I want to make these customs. I still can't find the Target exclusives though, so I've not seen if Bizarro or Canary have new parts that would work for other customs. I've gotta find easy thing to do since I'm so pressed for time nowadays I STILL haven't finished my first two customs.Originally Posted by Mister Miracle

Ok!...Here is a little something I threw together, hoping to maybe inspire one of the more advanced customizers ( Casimir, Mike Danza, Bill Burns...etc...nudge, nudge![]()
) to take a crack at refining. Go on, admit it...everyone wants an Amanda Waller in their collection, right? Well here I took and modified a TNBA Penguin body, legs from a Scooby Daphne figure, and an all original, amature head sculpt. She is far from perfect, so let's look at her as a prototype of sorts! -Matt K.

...And, what the heck...I wasn't going to post these until they were completely finished, they have a lot of paint work to go, but here'a my Question and Harvey Bullock. I did not sculpt Harv, someone else did...I found him on ebay, and figured with a flatter paint scheme, he'd look nice, I also had to take about a 1/4 inch off both legs to shorten him up! Once they receive another couple coats of paint, I think they'll make great additions to the shelf.-Matt K.

Wow! Matt's gettin' ambitious! Nice work, my friend.
I really like Waller's head sculpt. Ya done good. And using a Penguin body as a base is very clever.
I know a lot of people have discarded the idea of using Machine Gun Joker as a base for Question, but seeing yours painted... I don't see much wrong with it. (And I just watched "Double Date" again recently, so his design is fresh in my mind.) Looks good.
And Bullock... Will always be a tough project. Given that you found this on eBay, he's not bad!
Someday I'll get to these guys...
