I wonder how long b.t. and Dwayne and the rest are willing to continue on with the series, as long as CN is happy with ratings...? Two more seasons? Three? "Until the show is no longer profitable", as Troy McClure on the Simpsons said...?

Hopefully JLU goes on past 52 episodes, because if that show ends....then that's pretty much "The end".

If CN renewing TT for Season 5 is an indication, let's hope JLU goes on past 52 episodes as well.

This is awesome news. Hopefully JLU will outlive The Batman. However whether it outlives a new Superman cartoon is anybody's guess.

All it has to do is hang on until the inevitable big-budget Justice League movie, sometime around 2064 or so...

Makes sense, its the first time I ****ing watched the show in forever (caught up on all the ruruns, though) -- seeing as there were over 350 users in here after JLU aired, guess I wasn't the only one.

The only reason I knew about it is because I think they might have aired a promo or ad during Adult Swim, which is the only thing my roommates and I watch on TV anymore. Its important to put ratings in the context of how CN decides to allocate its advertising and resources in terms of "pushing" their own shows -- I'm sure they realize "pushing" Teen Titans and JLU is a sound investment.

With so many heroes and villians now, JLU will need at least 104 episodes to give everyone their fair share of screen time!

I'm glad both shows are doing well. I hope that both Teen Titans and JLU make to 104 episodes each. Both shows deserve it!

By the way, here's something for both the fans and Cartoon Network to think about. Does anyone have any doubts that these would sell millions of copies, even among casual viewers and general superhero fans?

JL, Season 1 DVD Box Set (26 episodes)
JL, Season 2 DVD Box Set (26 episodes)
JLU, Volume 1 DVD Box Set (26 episodes)
JLU, Volume 2 DVD Box Set (26 episodes)
JLU, Volume 3 DVD Box Set (26 episodes)
JLU, Volume 4 DVD Box Set (26 episodes)

As an added note, if JLU lasts that long, then it will outlive the Bat-embargo placed on it by Warner Bros.! Imagine the story possiblities then!

Yeah and it also gives us a chance to see the Batfamily again. (Yes I know, I talk about that a lot, but hey I probably want to see again more than anyone else )

I would LOVE to see the Batcrew again, hopefully, they'll decide to put them in an episode!

By the time the Bat-Embargo is lifted we'll probably have a Superman embargo.

^Hmm, you raise a good point. (If The Superman cartoon is made that is, and I wouldn't be surprised personally)

Aaah! Don't say that! Well, if that be the case, then Timm & Co. need to get as much milage out of Darkseid, Lex Luthor, Brainiac, etc. as they can, while they can!
