DC Solicitations for November 2010: What Are You Buying?
DC Comics Solicitations for November 2010
My comments:
- I always thought that the better match for The 99 was the X-Men, but I guess DC got to them before Marvel did.
- Maybe on the Our Army at War Showcase volume.
- Yes on the new Fables TPB. No on the novel, though -- the sample in a recent Fables TPB did not strike me as terribly good prose.
- Also yes on the new Saga of the Swamp Thing HC.
And that's it for me. Sowhatchagonnaget?

Wow. I just realized how big my DC pull list has become.
Getting -Batman #704: Daniel’s Batman’s been OK at best, but it’s not bad enough to make me drop it yet.
-Batman and Robin #17: Tomasi’s gold. I’m staying on just to see where he takes this book.
-Batgirl #15: Not sure how I feel about Nguyen on the book. He’s good, but I’m not sure how he’ll fit this type of book.
-Birds of Prey #6: It still hasn’t clicked with me yet. I want to like it, I just don’t. I’m giving it the first storyline at least.
-Superboy #1: I’ve been waiting for them to solicit this for a while. Easily getting.
-Action Comics #895: It’s been…different. But good. I’m enjoying it.
-Superman #705
-Brightest Day #13-14: Does Batman have to be in everything? I was enjoying this series focusing on some lesser known heroes.
-Green Lantern #60
-The Flash #8: Sounds interesting. I like Zoom more than Reverse Flash, but I don’t know a ton about Reverse Flash, so this could be nice.
-Green Arrow #6: Unless this series doesn’t get better. It’s pretty awful so far.
-Booster Gold #38
-Time Masters: Vanishing Point #5: Is it weird that this is going on for two months after Bruce returns?
-DC Universe Legacies #7: How do we go from the Legion in #6 to Doomsday/Bane? I thought this was following a regular timeline.
-Zatanna #7
-Hitman vol. 3: Local Heroes TPB: Yay! They’re continuing to re-print them! Boo! It’s taking forver.
-Tiny Titans/Little Archie #2: Josie and the Pussycats! The Bat Dance! Pet Club!! This rules so hard.
-Tiny Titans #34
May Get/Not Getting But Worth Note
-Batman Inc. #1: I’m done with Morrison Batman. It’s a shame that anything important with the character will be done by him in this series, but I’m done with it.
-Batman: The Dark Knight #1: If it’s good, I’ll trade-wait. But there’s no way I’m going monthly, because this thing will more than likely be plagued with delays.
-Teen Titans #89: As soon as I get interested with a new creative team, they throw crap like Damian in there. I may get it depending on how #88 is, and just hope that he’s only there for a storyline and not a regular member.

What I'll be buying:
The All-New Batman: The Brave and the Bold #1
Tiny Titans/Little Archie #2 (of 3)
Tiny Titans #34
What I might buy:
DC Comics Presents: The Flash/Green Lantern: Faster Friends
DC Comics Presents: Young Justice #2
And that's it. A lot of Superboy/Young Justice this month, presumably to tie into the new Young Justice cartoon...

Getting:
Adventure Comics #520: This says it's the end of the "first arc"...so is this a full-fledged ongoing spin-off to the main "Legion" title? I'll keep reading for now...
Legion of Super-Heroes #7
Jonah Hex #61: Kii-yah!!!
Scalped #43
And I don't even see any "maybes" this month...
