Considering both these men have cheated death time and again. And both are able to rebuild their empire/organization/wealth from scratch. How would we truly know who won?
What is your measuring stick for victory?
Ra's al Ghul
Lex Luthor
VS
FIGHT!
Ra's al Ghul
The DC Comic's equivalent to James Bond villain, Ra's al Ghul is an eco-terrorist whose goal is a world in perfect environmental balance. Armed with vast wealth, loyal followers, secret organizations like the League of Assassin, and his own genius-level intellect, Ra's will stop nothing to achieve his goal, including eliminating most of humanity if he has to.
Lex Luthor
The founder and CEO of LexCorp, Lex Luthor is the most powerful man in Metropolis both financially and in the world of organized crime. He is the third richest man in the world, the 43th President of the United States, and the main enemy of Superman. Having fought his way up from lowly beginnings, Luthor is a man driven to be the best.
The Premise
When LexCorp manufacturing plants around the world start increasing Earth's pollution rate significantly, al Ghul is determined to stop it by any means necessary. The conflict between Lex and Ra's gradually escalates until the two men realize they simply cannot co-exist together.
Eventually they seek to eliminate each other, using any means from brute force to manipulation. So who'll eventually win? The Bond villain, or the corporate white-collar criminal?

Ra's. A thousand or more years of experience + a vast amount of cash that out-vasts Luthor's + kung fu mastery + literally immortal. I think we all know who the real winner is.
Agent S7, Supreme Overlord of...Stuff! He has returned!
Simple: the last standing person wins. Both Ra's and Lex are looking to completely eliminate each other, whether person or power/influence. They will use anything from brute force (like sending assassins to kill each other) or subtle manipulation.Originally Posted by Paul_Cousins
For example, Ra's has the options of sending assassin to kill Luthor (and make sure Lex is really dead this time), or completely taking over LexCorp and permanently crippling Lex's power to take the company back. Likewise, Lex may send his Team Luthor to kill Ra's and destroy every Lazarus Pits around the world, or he may choose the subtler methods of manipulation, etc.

Then it's Ra's victory for sure, 'cause he'll still be around when Lex is dead of old age.
I doubt that would work, for the reasons I listed above. Also, Ra's is in charge of a whole mess of rogues too.Originally Posted by K.A.N

FAUX EDIT: Is Ra's alive now or something? I thought I read some people talking about that...
ACTUAL EDIT: And, for the record, Ra's is much, much cooler.![]()

Key word, "eventually."
