Well, it's Wednesday, which means New Comics! Huzzah!
What's everyone getting this week?
I'm getting:
Birds of Prey 38, Daredevil 28, Green Arrow 10, JSA 31, Nightside 3, Peter Parker Spider-Man 38, Robin 97, Superman: Man of Steel 121, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1, Ultimate X-Men 13, and Wonder Woman 176
I'm really looking forward to Daredevil, Green Arrow, and Spidey, but my most anticipated book is:
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It's being done by one of the creators, so this should prove to be a really good book.

Remember, it's "Toon Zone". Two words! Not one!
No muss, no fuss.
Still hit the shop for the $0.50 bins and Carl Barks albums though.

Catwoman #1
Daredevil #25 (Yeah, I'm a bit behind)
Green Arrow #10
Harley Quinn #15
I'm considering starting to pick up The Flash, I'm told the new writer has really picked up the slack along with the JL animated character, a recent showing of the pilot movie and Frank Miller's Dark Knight has sparked my interest.
"You were great in your day, Superman. But when the time came to cash in your chips, it was only natural that this diseased maniac would be your banker." - Lex Luthor, Superman 1978
For Movie News check out:
Definitely get THE FLASH. Awesome stuff.
What'd I get? Here's my list, complete with spoiler-free comments:
GOTHAM KNIGHTS #24: One of Devin Grayson's finest. If you only buy one comic this month, this would be my recomendation. Heck, it'd probably be my favorite Bat-issue this year if it wasn't for GOTHAM KNIGHTS #13.
MAN OF STEEL #121: Geoff Johns is awesome, and now I know he can write Superman! Also, Todd Nauck's art really shines here.
JSA #31: Eh, so-so. Wrapped up some things, but is hardly on par with a lot of Geoff's other stuff. Definitely had shining moments, though.
SUPERBOY #95: LOL! If you have NOT picked up a SB ish by the new creative team (they just took over last month), you gotta check this stuff out.
ROBIN #97: Ugh. Hope Jon Lewis can pick up the pace on this title. At least this ish beat out Last Laugh, but that ain't saying much.
CAPTAIN AMERICA #50: Not a regular reader of this title, so I can't say too many things, but it was a good read.
GREEN ARROW #10: Great ending to a cool story.
I put TMNT on hold (just barely forked over $20.43), I'm looking forward to it.
