Supergirl, definately. remember that scene in legacy part 2 where she's held in that machine, and appears shes being held there with no clothes, hehe, must, stop, being, a, geek.....
but anyway, i dont think lois is anything great, i mean, as far as how sexy timm designed her. and the btas selina kyle wasnt too sexy either. tnba selina wasnt as nicely designed, but was definately made to be more sexual.
tnba barbara/batgirl was cool too. tas one was too, i dont know.
but luckily we are not the only geeks, if you check out bruce timms web page, he, um, has many of the gotham girls drawn hyper sexually. he focuses alot on ivy, catwoman, batgirl (looking more like tnba one), and harley. a few talia's here and there, plus a few supergirls and ww. i dont think theres even one solo lois besides a fast contour sketch. so its obvious seeing which characters their designer had in mind to be the sexiest.
oh, and lashina is fine as well. of course i dont even want to get into melanie or dana. peace.

Hmm...Supergirl is really cute so she gets my pick. But I also think Dana from BB is kind of hot (in a cartoon sort of way).

I do agree with everyone who wants Wonder Woman in this pageant. Let's just officially say she is, okay? Then everyone can vote.
My vote will have to go to tie between Harley and Wonder Woman, just coz I'm only judging WW from promopics and not the JL cartoon. I haven't seen it yet.

And now that WW is in the running- I vote for Wonder Woman, with the runner-ups as Catwoman and Poison Ivy (both BTAS versions). But then, being a girl myself, I might see things different from you guys.And to be perfectly fair for those of us who think the boys are pretty hot - Bats wins hands down, followed by Supes. There's just something about the Batman.
