I believe she was on a ship, in some foreign country. She was standing next to a crib playing with a baby which is believed to Peter's and Mary Jane's daughter.
Other than that (and the fact no one mentions anything that happens in the clone saga anymore) there's no solid proof to either anwser.
That paticular question has been bugging me for the past 7 years. The most annoying thing is it will probably never be anwsered. I think it's too big a plot hole to ignore, I mean, losing a kid is a life altering experience...
I'll try and find the comic to scan for you, randomguy.
EDIT: I found the page...still not entirely sure...
She is apparently dead now.
However, Tom Defalco and some of the other Spider-Man writers were planning to bring Baby May into the Spider-Man books. The package that Mongrain had originally was Baby May. In The Amazing Spider-Man #434 Norman Osborn's Scrier visited Alison Mongrain to retrieve the package. #435, Kaine (the disfigured clone of Peter) reclaimed the package from The Scriers. The plan after was for Kaine to return Baby May to Peter and Mary Jane as a favor to the late Ben Reilly. Reason for that was Kaine made peace with Ben (Spider-Man Redemption #4), and after learning that Ben was murdered, he was determinded to bring his murderer (Norman Osborn) to justice. The Return Of Baby May was scrapped by Bob Harris and John Byrne.
To see how this would have played out, read Spider-Girl #48-49.
Deadpool on the "genius" of Hollywood: Everything's turned into a movie these days. -- Old TV shows, board games, candy bars. And let me tell ya, I'm totally stoked for Butterfinger The Movie.
