Howdy,
After a quick Google search, I found this page that says it's "myeul-neer" (which about matches what HelloKittyKat posted, but adds in the umlaut that shows up in some spellings of it).
Along the way, I found that about.com feels it's necessary to provide pronounciation guides for "Thor" and "Baldur," but not "Mjolnir." Hrm.
