    Like This Thread!
    1.) Dragonball/Z
    2.)Samuri Jack
3.)Dexter's Lab (Some episodes can be kinda weird though.)
4.)08th MS Team (Please don't make me explain why. )
    5.)Courage the Cowardly Dog
    6.)Mobile Suit Gundam
    7.)Cowboy Bebop

Everything else is just OK to me.

    > Cowboy Bebop (please, please, PLEASE!!!) <

I've heard a rumor that they've pulled that one temporarily, because it includes some elements that are too comperable to what happened in NYC this week. If so, they may re-instate it after enough time has passed.

Apparently they've postponed the debut of the 'Spiderman' movie for similar reasons- they've got to re-edit all the scenes involving the Twin Towers.

Pretty much any show that has exploding buildings and/or terrorists have been taken off the air for the moment. Batman Beyond's final episode, Gundam shows, Cowboy Bebop...

Curious that Dragon Ball Z is still on the air, though.

Most likely because its ratings are so high. It is kinda weird though. I really don't think they needed to take off Cowboy Bebop though.

I dunno, this week's supposed episodes had a gunfight in a church (John Woo style) and someone falling out of a church window, and an explosion in the church, but that's about it. The other episode had a guy falling out of a building window, but he was caught before he went splat.

The only other "bad" episodes I can think of in CB is one that opens with the heroes foiling a plane hijacking (it's not a spoiler; that's how the episode starts off), and two episodes that show an explosion at the top of a building.

They already re-instated the episodes, but only two had actual references to terrorism attacks and buildings being blown up and planes being hi-jacked, so that's a good reason for CN to have it temporarily pulled until the sensitivity over 9/11 wasn't that extreme.

The episodes that were banned on CB were:

Session 6: Sympathy for the Devil
    Spoiler:
I heard this was cut because there was a scene where a guy in a wheelchair gets thrown out the window of a skyscraper after being shot and there where a lot of scenes of bullets to the head. When this episode was re-instated, they left in the window scene, but cut some of the gunshots to the head and blacked out Spike's "lower nudity" in that beginning flashback with Spike's surgery, though there was nothing explicit shown below Spike's belt.

    Session 8: Waltz For Venus
    Spoiler:
This was banned because of the beginning with a Venus spaceliner getting hijacked and a very racy scene where Faye breaks into a hotel room in search of Piccaro, only to find two men having gay sex. When this episode came back after sensitivity over 9/11 died down, the CN censors, literally removed the guy on the receiving end of the sex with digital editing, so now when the episode plays, that part looks as if guy #1 is straddling the Invisible Man--and you can tell the guy was gone because at the end of the scene, you could hear the guy's voice, despite that he's nowhere to be seen.

    Session 21: Cowboy Funk
    Spoiler:
This was banned because it was a little too close to home with its depictions of terrorists dressed as teddy bears and blowing up skyscrapers, especially one that bore a striking resemblance to the Twin Towers, only they were skinnier. When this episode came back, there where only three edits: Two uses of the S-word where redubbed to less harsh words and Jet's T-shirt was digitally altered because it had a marijuana leaf on it (the leaf was changed to a peace symbol)--and despite CN leaving in drug use on countless past episodes of CB, they decide to waste $$$ on an edit just so they can cover their butts and not be bogged down by angry letters. Besides, Jet's marijuana T-shirt was a costume, not a promotion for illegal drugs.

I think the best show currently airing on CN is The Popeye Show. Now showing Sundays at 9:30pm.

I like it, too. I prefer the old black-and-white Popeyes over the colorized ones. The "colorization" practically kills the three-dimensional effect of the scenery in such 'toons as "Learn Polikeness" and "Little Swee'Pea." It's always on when I get home from work every Sunday night.

I also like Samurai Jack and The PowerPuff Girls.

This is too easy. The best shows on right now are Samurai Jack, Justice League, and close behind, G Gundam.

That's because they're redrawn, meaning that they are just the B&W toons that have been traced over in color. Which looks incredibly bad and can't copy the 3D effect which was created by shooting animation in front of models.

This thread is incredibly old, but seems to be doing OK in spite of it--My favorites are Popeye, Dragonball, Dexter, PPGs, 2 Stupid Dogs, and Mission Hill.

The best shows on Cartoon Network in my opinion are:
    Dragonball/DBZ
    Cowboy Bebop
Tenchi Muyo(when they showed it, and I still believe it is the best show to air on any station)
The 08th MS Team (when they showed it)
And maybe Inu Yasha, I'll have to wait a little to make a final decision.

If you get put in solitary, it ****ing sucks. I was put in there just because they had me in double-lock maximum security, and it's the most tedious ****ing thing. I can't think of anything more boring. There's a Japanimation cartoon I've been trying to watch on Cartoon Network called Witch Hunter Robin, and that's almost as boring.

    dunno.
but i will say courage the cowardly dog is pretty good.

i wish there were a lot more homepages out there though on this show. this show is popular but for some reason the net-savvy don't see much or post pages on it much , that's a shame.

    Also in no particular order:

Samurai Jack, The Powerpuff Girls, Justice League, and (when they show it) Rocky and Bulwinkle.

George Of The Jungle has a reserved space on this list, if CN ever get hold of it.
