Actually a Few Cartoonists worked on it.

Cartoonists that have worked on the program include the creator of the Powerpuff Girls Craig McCracken, creator of Grim & Evil Maxwell Atoms, and creator of Dexter's Laboratory and Samurai Jack Genndy Tartakovsky.

2 Stupid Dogs isn't a Cartoon Cartoon so it shouldn't be on this board.

2 Stupid Dogs is not much different from a Cartoon Cartoon. It just was created before the concept of Cartoon Cartoons was invented.

The only real difference is that 2 Stupid Dogs had syndication on other networks as well as CN, but, um. Powerpuff Girls, anyone?

Yes, yes, it is magical. Jon and I always try to add anything to the fansite that resembles a Cartoon Cartoon: Swat Kats, 2 Stupid Dogs, SGC2C. But all in do time.

Hasn't Dexter been on a few networks before it was a Cartoon Cartoon?

Dexter was broadcast on TBS for a short peroid of time.

TBS also aired the Space Ghost episode, "President's Day Nightmare", aka The 1st-Annual World Premiere Toon-In, as a special. It aired some weekend night at 8 PMish.

John Krikfalusi also worked on a few episodes of 2 Stupid Dogs and they are basically the weirdest ones of all! (Cartoon Canines, for example. "Prepare to plummet, picklepuss!" )

[indent]Dexter also aired on TNT for a short time on Saturday afternoons along with The Real Adventures of Johnny Quest and a couple other shows. It was hosted by Rudy and Gogo and back when there were (I believe) only 6 episodes of Dexter (and each one included "Dial M for Monkey"). This was the first time I had a chance to watch Dexter since my cable company did not carry Cartoon Network at the time.
