Because we're on a holiday week, so that's likely causing a delay, but US ratings are weird and as a way of keeping the competition on the defensive, networks try and avoid revealing things too early. If you had ever seen Disney's scheduling notices, they could have 2 or 3 changes notices in the coruse of a week in some cases. I'm not sure if it's still that bad lately, but they were extremely reactive to what the competition was doing a while back.
Yup. It's a signature. Go away if you're expecting something interesting here.

^ From CN's website. They go into hiatus after the first week in December, due to the holidays. The first week in December also has lots of events and new episodes. There really ending things on a high note before the holidays.

On Monday there's new Adventure Time, Regular Show and Steven Universe. On Tuesday, there's the Total Drama All Stars and Gumball season finales and a new Uncle Grandpa. Wendesday, A new Johnny Test, Teen Titans Go! and Annoying Orange Christmas episodes. Thursday, The Chima season finale and a Dreamworks Dragons hour-long event.

Other than those the only other December premiere we know of is the Regular Show New Year's Eve special which airs Tuesday 12/31 at 7PM.

That's probably a testament to Pokemon's current strength in the ratings. I remember the anime Sat Morning shows remained on the air during December last year, unless I'm mistaken.

It's probably just because they want to give Pokemon a break before XY to not get to close to Japan. I imagine the others are on break to save their episodes for when Pokemon returns.

Steven Universe aired Monday at 8PM. I don't think we have to worry about it now. It's Friday rerun did fine pulling in almost all of The Wimpy Kid movie. That Regular Show episode may have set the tone for the night.

Uncle Grandpa was the highest show on Tuesday. All three shows look pretty solid there.

Great job by Teen Titans Go! It's pulling up Wendesday pretty good. The Gumball rerun pulled in most all of it's lead-in and did better than the premiere episode.

Thursday night on the other hand isn't as pretty. Chima is hurting Dragons a lot. Good thing it's season is almost over. There's also a new Ninjago season coming. It was announced during the LEGO Star Wars special. It'll probably replace Chima's slot after it finishes off it's remaining episodes and winter break.
