Just got to watching some episodes of Regular Show....

    Like This Thread!
Like the title says, even though the show has been out for a couple years I skipped it, but recently for the past couple of weeks I have seen an episode here and there. I found that I kind of enjoy this show, but I have a question... would this show be okay for kids? I mean while the show is funny I have seen a few episodes where certain words or things are used that are on the border of an Adult Swim type show... But are there any episodes where I shouldn't allow the youngsters to watch or is the entire show in general something I should not allow them to see? I just bought the new DVD of this show but haven't opened it yet, and am wondering if I should even open it at all?
    thanks for any help,

It's like Rocko's Modern Life. If you really read into things there's some inappropriate moments but most of it would go over kid's heads.

It is rated PG and sometimes PG-V for violence so keep that in mind.

The first season (12 episodes) had lines such as "how the h are we going to fix this s" and a few other more questionable dialogue choices but they stopped the fake swearing very early on and for the most part it's nothing too much for grade school students around 8 and up. But it has a parental guidence rating for a reason.

It's a show built to entertain tween boys 9-14 there's cartoon violence and inuendo but rarely anything blatant that is too much for the target audience.

What Andrew said. There are a few racy lines here and there, but most would certainly go over kids heads.
