Marvin would indeed be great, who knows? Maybe people from Mars are really great at bowling.Hopefully this show goes out with a bang since the show goes into reruns until the 23rd after this.

Daffy entering the names cracked me up.
Bugs is a great bowler!
Same here.
They do like him than you Daffy, about 3/4 of the fans love him than you.
The Porky Ball, great work stupid!
I agree with you, Marvin!

Yellow Bird was probably the most fun MM on here yet.
Can anyone agree that the Merrie Melodies song "Yellow Bird" was based on Rio which comes out Next Tuesday on DVD?
WHAT?!?! Why do the Goofy Gophers host every sport or social event?![]()

I got a good laugh out of the "Poo" name giving scene and the opening when Daffy asked if anyone had any 4's even though they were playing chess, lol....good stuff!
I also roared when Daffy keyed Porky's car, I saw the joke coming a mile away but I still found it to be quite hilarious, this show does that to me often with predictable yet awesome jokes. Also, big applause to Sylvester and that beach dude for checking out that girl who walked by them on the beach, you don't see a lot of that in cartoons, especially cartoons of this nature.
The look on Daffy's face when he got the gutterball was priceless, as was his teams reactions!
Cool Bugs, Being a true friend to Daffy although he screws up twice!
Only Daffy could royally screw up like that....twice. LOL
You gotta feel bad for him though.
I feel really bad, but it was very funny how he loses at the end! That's what true Looney Tunes is about!

That wasnt a very good ending. Its usually smart to avoid the sappy endings, but I would have liked for Daffy to actually win the game. If they were trying to take the funny route out of the episode, then it didnt work for me.

What I would have liked was an explanation as to why Daffy lost. He usually hits 4 to 5 pins. The ending seems kind of empty having him just lose.
I mean, during the wrap up, I was so surBe Daffy was gonna find out why his ball kept rolling into the gutter.
EDIT: But I do wanna say this, I really like these Roadrunner & Coyote shorts, they're proof that good original content can still be created several decades after the beginning of a franchise's start.
This was close to Devil Dog to be my favorite episode and this won! Funny plot, though I wish other characters were the actual rival, like maybe the Witch or someone who dislikes him. Nice to see Porky and Pete again, especially Pete, who was just funny again! Bugs was also better than usual. I enjoyed when Daffy tried to prevent everyone from speaking about his lies. The Merrie Melodie was terrible, though I was happy to see more of Tweety, Sylvester and Crusher. The CGI short was the funniest moment of this show ever for me. I kept laughing on all the ways the motorcycles got destroyed. The ending was cheap, though. Nice episode before a short break!
Am I the only one who observed that the Merrie Melodie may very well be animation from the original Laff Riot series, but they just replaced the actual sound with a stupid song?
(this is my first post, by the way)
Might I add that I enjoyed the naming scene, especially when Daffy's name came up as "POO" and how he wanted to switch with Porky. Even though I felt the ending was cheap, I laughed a tiny bit when Daffy missed twice, though it was too long and suspenseful. Granny was great also!
Good episode!
It was nice to see Porky, Marvin, and Pete Puma hanging out together. :anime:
Pretty sad that Daffy got two gutterballs at the end.
He's just a loser like that, I guess.
That was my favorite Road Runner short so far! It was funny to see Wile E. break all those mototcycles.![]()
Awesome episode! True friendship between bugs and daffy, and i think daffy lied abotu how many pins he usually knocks down so its no surprise that he failed (i thought that was hilarious) and i thought they were gonna make a pun out of the slow motion. also i'm glad that we're getting two more episodes next month cuz i was hoping that this episodes MM would have Sylvester in Tweety in it and it DID but it wasn't the MM i was expecting it to be (however it was still hilarious) The MM i'm still waiting for with them is the one where Tweetys dancing around near a fire place (in the original promos) and sylvesters being hit by a cat toy saying "And this is fun because?" lol
Tonight's episode is the half-way mark of the the 1st Season of The Looney Tunes Show!
*Just as the episode title suggests, this episode is about bowling! But Daffy doesn't tell Bugs where he's really going. Hmm...
*Daffy's bowling team consists of himself, his fellow "high school outcasts" (Marvin and Pete Puma) and Porky Pig. His rival is some random guy named "Rodney".
*By mere coincidence (or should I say, the writers?), Bugs decides to visit the bowling alley...
*Daffy trying to keep everyone quiet really had me on the ground laughing.
*Ah, I see, Daffy didn't want Bugs to know, because he didn't want to be "usurped" as the "coolest member" of the team. That makes sense and you can't help but sympathize for Daffy.
*Well what do you know, the "usurping" has happened now! Sorry Daffy, I really shouldn't laugh.
*Uh, Daffy? I really wouldn't suggest using Porky as a bowling ball...
*According to Daffy, revenge is the answer!
*Sylvester & Tweety's music video had a really cool rhythm to it.
*Mac and Tosh are back and are serving as announcers for the 2nd time. Looks like Granny has a bowling team for her own, too!
*This episode (the montage, in particular) sort of reminded me of Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story.
*Bugs decides to let Daffy make the winning score to not "steal his thunder". That was nice of him.
*I think it could go either way. On one hand, they might let him...oh, he failed.
*What's this? The team has a 2nd chance of winning! Uh, Daffy, it probably would be better to let Bugs do it, this time.
*Oh, maybe they're using this as a way to surprise us when...oh, he failed again.
*After the tournament, it looks like Daffy finally...oh, it was Granny. Aw, come on! Throw Daffy a bone...or whatever it is ducks like!
*The Coyote and Road Runner short reminded me of that Wildhogs movie, for obvious reasons.
*Porky is almost healed...until Daffy decided to repeat a past mistake.
That was a fun episode. If it's true that there will now be a mid-season break, then that was a fun ride, thus far! It'll be fun when I can "go on the rest of the ride".
