Mandark and...the Beatles?

Hey guys,

Easter Sunday I was watching some made for TV movie on I think TBS or TNT about all the rabid beatles fans back in the old days. There was one guy that looked kind of like Rick Moranis from Honey I Shrunk The Kids, and his voice was a dead ringer for Mandark in Dexters Lab. I'm usually really good when it comes to spotting voice actors, so if anyone can confirm this or anything, throw me a bone.

The actor is Eddie Dweezen--I don't think he's old enough to have been a part of Beatlemania...though come to think of it Mandark does have that Lillipudlian moptop a la Ringo. You could check IMDb (I know I've seen Dweezen as a weaselly gangster in a movie once)....
