They likely lost the rights a LONG time ago. That show's aired on other kids channel since then, and have been off the air for years.
Plus as TenPoundHammer said, they wont bother airing it because they have The Garfield Show.

i believe it aired in late night on toon disney as late as 2002 before it left their lineup..
