Aelita finds a photo of herself with Franz Hopper at the Hermitage, with a mathematical equation in the background. Jeremie discovers that the program works as a reset feature to Lyoko, something not too helpful but useful nonetheless. Meanwhile, Odd, in an attempt to impress a girl in photography class, inadvertently sends the photo to Sissi, who in turn shows it to her father. He questions the group about it, with Jeremie pointing out that Aelita would obviously be in her twenties by now were the photo real. Before he can follow up on it, the principal is possessed by Xana. He delivers Aelita to Lyoko, where the Scyphozoa is waiting for her. It takes control of her and tries to force her to walk into the digital sea, but Ulrich and Yumi are there to keep her from doing so. As they battle Aelita and the monsters, Jeremie uses the reset program, clearing Aelita's possession and allowing her to deactivate the tower. After performing a return trip, Aelita explains that her real last name isn't Hopper, it's Schaeffer (the name listed on the folder in the end credits). Hopper is the last name of her mother, Antea. In addition, Franz's supposed first name is actually his middle name.

Aelita is one good swordsman, and Del Mas does a pretty good job with martial arts when he is Xanafied. They were lucky to find that code when they did. It was the only thing that could reboot everything and make them all happy again.

I'm actually surprised they haven't used the Scyphozoa more often up til now. Sure, they had it take possession of Aelita most of last season, but this was one fo the few apperances by it this season. I don't understand why Xana wouldn't use one of his most affective weapons more often.

Tarantuals and crabs both cause phobias, which must explain why Xana loves them so much. No William is a little disappointing though.

Xana's most powerful and most effective weapon is William now.

I was hoping for a big developmental episode, but got this instead. The plot of Delmas finding out that Aelita is not who she sais she is is getting old. its been used at least 3 times in the past. Let it go. Aelita did look bad@ss with the sword though. Ulrich has been teaching hew swordsmanship, Odd taught her piloting and surfing skills, what did Yumi teach her?

I was saying that crabs and spiders actually are related to two of the top 5 phobias people acknowledge: arachnophobia and a fear of water. I wasn't saying that the Lyoko warriors were afraid of them, but it makes since that Xana is using creatures that many would find frightening.

Also, while William is Xana's most powerful weapon, it would make a lot more since to let William handle the Lyoko Warriors and the Scyphoza handle Aelita. It would also make the episodes more intense.
