    CHOWDER sneaks

    Like This Thread!
Anyone else catch any of the CHOWDER sneak peeks today? I've seen 2 of them (like a minute long each) and they're pretty funny. I think this show is showing huge potential. Carl Greenblatt, you're awesome!

It actually seems like a good show.

When I saw the first commercial on TV (Chucked Beef/Pea Soup) I thought it was going to be like the "shows" that were on TickleU, but with Billy and Mandys art style.

Sort of like Corneil and Bernie in the way that the patterns on their clothes move.

    "He's dead. Chowder's dead."

ha, love it. And Dana Snyder? Nice! At least that's who I hope was that furry elephant lookin' guy.

CN's really banking on this, I hope it works out.

This could be CN's next big hit in years.

The bad thing is that many people wont watch it because of the name. A lot of kids are that way...

A bad thing is that people would get confused by the name. If it was "Chef Chowder" it'd be more watchable

Looking at the clips, they're pretty funny. I liked the one where Chowder puts on a mustache and tries to trick his girlfriend("Chowder's dead). I also liked the drawings to make a straw.

Well, this show has potential, that's for sure.

I guess CN forgot the change their old logo at the bottom to their current one.

CN always uses their old logo for website and corporate perposes

I just hope everyone gives Chowder a chance because I was dissapointed with Camo Lazlo

How were you dissapointed? Were the previews good and then the show wasnt?

If so, I hope the same thing doesnt happen to Chowder.

When I had seen the previews for Camp Lazlo in 2005, I recorded it and memorized the whole preview even though it was 2 mins long. When it first premiered I was saddened at the humour of the show.

    Finally, something good!

This show looks great. Characters look cool, they all seem to be different yet likable, and they've even got real recipes on the CN website. Nice job pickin' 'em, CN. Ya' did good.

I don't think Lazlo is terrible, but it is on the bland side.

Chowder looks like the next Foster's. It's going to have the same level of quality as Foster's and likely will pull in the same type of ratings, but it's not going to be a behemoth like Spongebob or even Fairly Oddparents.

The main problem I think "CHowder" will have is that the girl who belives Chowder is her boyfriend, will turn up in many annoying subplots in which Chowder tries to get rid of her.

I have a feeling that I am going to love this show. It is a good thing to look foward to when Ed Edd n Eddy and KND are ending.
