And half of those episodes (and these) were in the 2 Day Pokemon marathon, so obviously CN likes them or thinks they're worth playing over and over again for who knows what reason. I think the only episode not in either of the last two Kanto era Pokemon marathons was "Purrfect Hero", aka the Meowth filler episode, which is okay but not an ep I'd want to see over some of the other episodes they could of aired ("Beach Blanket Blastoise" and "Misty Mermaid" are worth reairing if only since I didn't see them the last time they did the marathon).Originally posted by D Dubbs
Hmm, half the episodes that are airing were in the marathon on Tuesday. Kind of odd.
The Pokemon movie Marathon is also good, and I do note they're also airing "Balto's Wolf Quest" July the 5th. It's been a long while since that one last aired from what I recall and it's a reject Disney DTV movie too so if you want to see one of those again before hearing for the 50th time Disney stopped doing them, you can go ahead and watch that next week.
Instead of just using this new signature to celebrate a thousand more post, let me list of all the great things you can expect of me on this board for 2012:
...... The same talkbacks you saw me do last year but with new episodes.
.... What are you doing still reading this? Move to the next post already! .

wow original Pokemon episodes must be getting pretty good ratings.
Why Give Up? Why Give In?It's Not Enough, It Never Is.But I Will Go On Until The End.
They should just give it an hour some time in the day in which they run through the entire series thus far.

YES! Pokemon's back, and I missed most of Tuesday's marathon, so that's good that I get to see the ones that I missed. I'm glad they're getting rid of overly ran reruns (FHFIF) and getting to the good stuff.
4/13: FREEDOM!
To compare:
Tuesday, June 26
1:00PM Pokémon - "Purr-fect Hero"
1:30PM Pokémon - "Beach Blank-Out Blastoise"
2:00PM Pokémon - "Misty Mermaid"
2:30PM Pokémon - "Make Room for Gloom"
3:00PM Pokémon - "Lights, Camera Quacktion"
3:30PM Pokémon - "Go West, Young Meowth"
4:00PM Pokémon - "To Master the Onixpected"
4:30PM Pokémon - "The Ancient Puzzle of Pokemopolis"
5:00PM Pokémon - "Bad to the Bone!"
5:30PM Pokémon - "All Fired Up!"
6:00PM Pokémon - "Round One: Begin!"
6:30PM Pokémon - "Fire & Ice"
Monday, July 2
4:00PM Pokémon - "Princess vs. Princess"
4:30PM Pokémon - "Purr-fect Hero"
5:00PM Pokémon - "Riddle Me This"
5:30PM Pokémon - "Volcanic Panic"
6:00PM Pokémon - "Beach Blank-Out Blastoise"
6:30PM Pokémon - "Misty Mermaid"
And by the way, there's going to be another Pokemon marathon on Monday, July 9th at the same time. This could be the start of a weekly marathon of Kanto Pokemon. Here's the schedule for that:
4:00 - "Clefairy Tales"
4:30 - "Battle of the Bridge"
5:00 - "It's Mr. Mime Time"
5:30 - "Snow Way Out"
6:00 - "Showdown at the Poke-Corral"
6:30 - "Evolution Solution"
There aren't any repeats from the previous marathons, but they're all in the same time period (the latter half of Kanto). I wonder if they'll ever go back and do the first part of Kanto or the Orange League.

Thanks nick43 for the comparisons. That's cool that they are continuing the Monday tradition for 3 weeks! Thanks D Dubbs for the July 9th schedule. I haven't seen those episodes for quite some time. I'm really excited for that week.

It's almost like Miguzi is back for one day a week.
Nice to see Kanto again though. I was almost tempted to dig out my VHS tapes. Yes I did just say VHS.
I just noticed. These episodes are actually in broadcast order. Now this really is a nice surprise.
Looks like they're taking a tip from CN Australia which often had a weekly Pokemon reruns marathon.

If they continue showing the episodes in order, they'll get to Orange Islands right after Kanto. I'm hoping this becomes a regular spot where they show Poke'Mon from the beginning straight through. Showing six episodes each Monday is basically the same as showing an episode every day after all.
College football, basketball, the NFL, the NBA, and MLB. I may not be an expert, but these sports always keep me fascinated if the game is good!

Beware The Almighty Hammer Gun!
Actually, a Storm Hawks marathon is currently listed for the 16th. Who knows if it'll continue after that though.

Thank for the list. I'm definately going to be watching all of them. I'm so happy that CN is playing more Pokemon marathons. Hopefully, they'll be doing this more often and we can see more Pokemon episodes that we haven't seen in ages. Airing the two day Pokemon marathon has been the best thing CN has done in a long time and I hope that they'll continue to play more Pokemon episodes.
Oh, and I definately love the Pokemon movie marathon. I have almost all of the movies on VHS or DVD, but I'm going to watch a lot of the movies anyway. Especially the Lucario movie. That's my all-time favorite Pokemon movie. I just love the story, and Lucario, so much.
