Another week has arrived for uncut premeires on CN. Goku is speeding toward Planet Namek while training at 50 times gravity, and Krillin has gained control of the 1 star Dragon Ball. Vegeta has also been severly injured and is being healed by Freiza, but what punishment awaits him? Meanwhile Freiza has called for the Ginyu Force to come to Planet Namek, but how fearsome is this group? It will only take them 9 days to arrive. These answers and more await us this week on Dragonball Z.

Today- Piccolo Vs. Everyone- (original title) Back From the Brinck of Death. The Miracle Man, Vegeta- The training on King Kai's planet has intensified as the gang has moved onto facing Gregory, but Piccolo refuses to participate until they do some head-to-head sparring. How will he fare against the others increased strength and speed? Meanwhile on Namek Zarbon takes the unconscious Vegeta back to be healed and tortured. What tricks await Vegeta when he comes to?

Last Thursday on the FUNi dub they had Linda Cook's Freiza say 9 days, or so said the captions, but any way you put it they arrive this Thursday.

Zarbon straight out said he wanted Vegeta to be healed so he would be conscious when he tortured him to find out the location of the Dragonball, therefore he took him to their base to be healed and then tortured.

Yamcha, Tien, and Chaotsu owning Piccolo? Now that's something you don't see everyday.

Of course you know when Piccolo takes off his cape and turban that play time is over. Too bad we didn't see more of that fight.

Also, what's with the glances between Piccolo and King Kai? Piccolo grabs him as if he's about to threaten him, and then King Kai's glasses flash, and Piccolo quickly lets go of him as if he knows King Kai has some sort of power over him. Piccolo looked pretty scared too.

Of course Piccolo flies past them when he merges with Nail, and that difference only increases when he trains with Goku and Gohan before Cell, and finally merges with Kami allowing him to come to his maximum (except for increased strength by training).

at least for a short time they had moment like Krillin did in Dragonball, when Roshi said he was stronger than Goku ..... then everything goes down hill from there and they start getting less appearences

I remember in the first airing, when Piccolo smashed Chaotzu into the ground King Kai said if things got too rough then he'd just "reverse time". Having him say "Hello? you're already dead!" was so much better.

it didn't seem like much happened. most of the time was taken up by the dead guys and the rest by Vegetas brilliant db stealing plan. were Gohan and Krillen even shown it flew by to fast

It only rose to 42,000. He's probably well over 10 million by the time 19 & 20 attack.

This rule kind of contradicts itself later in the Kid Buu saga. Before Vegeta was wished back to life, everyone worried that if Buu killed him when he was dead he would disappear forever. That's what I remember anyway.

Uh, no. That was Nail's power level. Piccolo was higher when he was revived, and when he fused with Nail became about a million. Strong enough to go head to head with 2nd Form Freeza. It's due to his training by the Andriod Saga that's he over 10 Million. Around that Time I believe Tien and the others were only about 2/3 million at best or something like that.
