Juniper Lee on Miguzi

In 2 weeks, Juniper Lee slams Teen Titans off Miguzi (and One Piece will kick it off of primetime, leaving it without a weekday slot). Since Juniper only has 13 episodes, how is this a good idea? I have a feeling it'll be replaced after a couple runs.

Although Juniper is probably the most Miguizi of the "Fridays" cartoons (the only reason Jun is on Sunday is because of the girl power Sunday night block), and it's a pretty good show (IMHO, the best written CN Original in the past couple of years), they really shouldn't have a 13 episode shown on weekly. Then again, this is the network who put on Grim And Evil weekily when it had 6 episodes. This is probably like G&E, a special event to promote the last JuLe episodes. Glad OP is coming to weeknights though.

A CN day without Teen Titans? Man... that just doesn't seem right now. I'm glad it takes a break but off weekdays entirely? How can they do that to Teen freak'n Titans?

Wouldn't it have made more sense to bump off Krypto? But oh well... at least it's not Teen Titans pimping anymore for you guys in the States, although putting a series on 7 (or will it only be weekday Miguzi?) days with only 13 episodes is a bit o.O

Wow, I guess Teen Titans is now "Only Toonami". Never thought I'd see that day. Great freakin job CN. Run a series with only around 13 episodes seven times a week. I hope Miguzi's ratings bomb sometime soon.

Is there even a point to Williams St. paying for all this packaging for the block? It seems like there's nothing that's really exclusive to the block. They could just make that timeslot a part of regular CN, instead of paying all that money to make pointless packaging for a pointless block. I mean think about it. They could be using this money for Toonami, a block where the packaging actually means something.

I like Juniper Lee, but even I didn't see it knocking Teen Titans off of Miguzi. That's a complete surprise.

I'm thinking, for now anyway, it's a one-week event. Besides, somewhere here someone said 'Code: Lyoko' returns to Miguzi on the 22nd. (The plan for Lyoko is to run through the entire first season once, as a refresher, then debut Season 2.)

Also to support that one-week event theory... 'Winx Club' finishes its second complete Miguzi run that same week, so there's another possible opening.

One Piece knocking Teen Titans out of its cushy 10 pm slot? Wow...

Talk about different ends of the dubbing spectrum in CN's 10 o'clock hour. We have the horrific dub of OP airing at 10, followed by the re-dub of DBZ, whose original dub was terrible nearly a decade ago, at 10:30.

Suffice to say I won't be sitting through OP to get to DBZ.

Premieres aside (which still get great ratings), I think oversaturation has finally come back to bite CN in the butt with this show. Another theory other than ratings as to why it's losing a bunch of time slots... maybe the TT DVDs aren't selling that well.

Gasp... or maybe we're looking at a long gap between now and the start of Season 5! I mean... what's the most time we've had between batches of TT premieres? Four to five months at most, right? Maybe CN for once is holding out longer than that.

I suppose Miguzi is just as fickle as Nick's and WB's weekday afternoon line-ups these days. Kids just don't want to watch cartoons as much during the middle of the week.

Still, will CN leave Miguzi in this floating abyss full of rotation and uncertainty? "Code: Lyoko" to date is still the block's only exclusive show (for premieres, anyway). A debate could be made for "Krypto the Superdog," since the strong possibility exists it won't be in the Tickle U block and will thus move premieres permanently to Miguzi.

But still... Miguzi has not yet debuted a killer show that could really put the block on the map. And the block cannot live on 'Teen Titans' and 'Totally Spies' forever. So... what are they doing to set stones in place for the future?

Miguzi... I asked that question a few months ago. Guess what?

I like Juniper Lee, and liked the schedule of a new show on sunday and a few chances to catch it again in case I missed one. It does seem perfect for Miguzi light action/humor theme. 13 episodes could carry them one to two months. Younger viewers don't really care how often they've seen it before. Krypto wouldn't have been missed by me, but it is one of their new shows. I can't believe they're taking off TeenTitans, they just started running the new season, haven't they?

Yeah, same here. But CN's not totally knocking off the Titans on weekdays are they? I know they air TT in the late evening (about an hour before Adult Swim). They don't plan on bumping that slot off do they?

I like Juniper Lee, but with only 13 episodes, the novelty is going to wear off on the show if they keep airing it daily on Miguzi. CN should wait till they get more Juniper Lee episodes under their belt before airing it daily.

Has Teen Titans ratings dropped lately? I remember TMNT and Static Shock used to be Miguzi's highest rated shows at one point, but then people stopped watching it and they just took them off suddenly. Cartoon Network is really ratings-focused after all.

But they really should of Leave TT and Take off any of the other three , Nobody Actually Watches those 3
