Crossovers for Cartoon Cartoons You'd Like to See!

    Like This Thread!
Yep, just as the topic says, what CC shows would you like to see crossover with other shows, past and present? Here're some I'd like to see make the light of day:

Histeria and Time Squad (saw some info on it finally...I'd give it a chance). Bringing you the ultimate in making history fun!

Scooby Doo and Courage the Cowardly Dog. Yes, I still hate Scooby, but it'd be interesting to see him go up with what Courage would have to face. And Courage would admitedly give that masked villain in Scooby's series some new life.

PPG/Dexter. Hey, we need a REAL crossover! Not little references...Imagine how the PPG would mess up with Dee-Dee's help Dexter's lab...

Samurai Jack/Batman: Hey, both face pretty poweful villains. Let Jack take on the Joker, Mr. Freeze, and the like!

Mmm, so many things to which to respond, so little time. There would have to be a good reason for the PPG's to mees up Dexter's Lab. Maybe Mojo would try to get Monkey to crossover to the dark side. But then, Simion already tried that. Scooby? He wouldn't have a chance; none of his monsters were real. And while Jack is facing the Gotham ghouls, would Bats be up to facing Aku's minions? He'd definitely have to call on all of his martial arts & mystical experience, maybe some help from the mystical Zatanna, now there'd be an extra reason to tune in.

As for what I'd want? Well, there is this thing I've been thinking about. Imagine Eustace saying "stupid dog" for the umpteenth time, when along comes Hollywood. "Well, isn't that cute, but it's WRONG!!! He's the Cowardly Dog; THEY'RE the Stupid Dogs. Check the titles sometime!"

I would like to see an Ed, Edd, and Eddy & and Johnny Bravo crossover. He could teach the 3 kids how to pick up babes.

I'd like a Dexter/PPG and a full-fledged crossover between the PPG/Justice Friends and Monkey. The latter could just be an absolutely huge battle and could easily be an hour show (if not longer). Heck, that could make for a neat DTV (like Ego Trip)

The Justice Friends (Krunk, Valhallen, and Major Glory) will have a brief cameo in PPG next season. I personally liked the PPG/Super Friends crossover so well, I wouldn't mind a whole episode.

Time Squad and Histeria! should meet together only to have Sherman and Mr. Peabody intervene to fix the mistakes they've caused in history.

How about Cow and Chicken Meet Godzilla? Kind of a companion piece to Bambi Meets Godzilla.

I like the Samurai Jack/Batman. Hey! Howabout Samurai Jack/Justice League? They can all join up together and defeat Aku!
And besides, most people look at this type of topic unrealistically. They are all under the apparent misconception tha--oh, wait. Is my post over? Ah, okay.

Well, Samurai Jack takes place in the future, so maybe it'd be the Legion of Super Heroes' turf, with Superboy & Brainiac 5 & them. Brainatra could talk about this more competently than I could.

Time Squad meets Peabody from the Bullwinkle Show! I think Time Squad is the most fun time travel cartoon since Peabody, so it would be a great match!

The Powerpuff Girls...well, I could think of several cross overs I'd like to see there. How about a battle between them and Superman? Who do you think would win? Supes wouldn't stand a chance!

Re: Crossovers for Cartoon Cartoons You'd Like to See...

I've been fooling around with a "Powerpuff Girls"/"Samurai Jack" crossover for a fan-fic idea. Since Jack bears an almost uncanny resemblance to Professor Utonium, how about a story where the 'Puffs and their Prof get zapped back in time to the land and era where "Samurai Jack" begins. (The episode would take place about a day or two before the end of "Episode I" as Jack is on his way to battle Aku).

The professor, probably wearing his gardening hat and carrying a machete, gets mistaken for a samurai warrior by the local villagers, and is tricked into going off to fight the evil villain/monster that has been terrorizing the populace. The girls, knowing the Professor will be killed if he fights the villain/monster, go off looking for Jack (who would either be called "Samurai" or "The Warrior") and find him out in the woods, a little nervous about his upcoming battle with Aku and seriously thinking about a change of career. When he refuses to help them, the 'Puffs decide to help Professor Utonium fight the villain/monster by themselves. The girls fight to the best of their abilities, only to have the living daylights beat out of them; while the terror-stricken Professor goes into a dead faint. Just when the villain/monster is moving in for the kill, "Samurai" (Jack) joins the fight at the last possible nanosecond and helps the girls defeat the villain/monster.

Any idea how I'd get Professor U. and the girls back in time?

I've been wondering if anyone else noticed the resemblance between the Professor & Jack; congrats on noticing, PR. As to reason for time-travelling, it's not like it hasn't been done before. Maybe Mojo steals the time machine & sends the PPGs thru it.

I noticed the professor-samurai jack simularities when i first saw the SJ movie. As for crossoverss, they already have had PPG-Superfriends and Scooby-Courage crossovers, but it would be cool to have Ed, Edd, and Eddy on the NBC show ED.

Perhaps the Time Machine was a 'limited' timer machine, sending them back in time for only, say, 48 hours, and when the fight ends they suddenly go back. Or, if we want Mojo stole it, he accidently bumps into the thing and causes it to accidently take them back to the modern age. Upon when coming back, the PPG give him a thank-you pounding.

You gotta write this thing up! It sounds great!

...And I'm still fooling around with it. I've also thought about sending the Girls into a remote part of the bleak-looking futuristic netherworld of "SJ" after yet another race home from school at super lightspeed (remember the "Speed Demon" episode?) and have them walk a mile or two in Jack's sandals (fighting robotic insects, protecting a race of innocent creatures against a villain intent on destroying them or enslaving them, etc.), and having Jack step in at the last nanosecond to join the fight and save the day for all.

Sounds intriguing. Would they notice SJ's resemblance to the Professor?

As I was saying, I'm still fooling around with it.
The Professor could travel in the Time Portal, the device malfunctions, and he could get flung into the future; or he could be kidnapped by a time-travelling villain(ess). A gang of bumbling bounty-hunters (think Amoeba Boys, people!) could capture him and try to pass him off as Jack to collect the reward (the time-traveller's exact plans, too). The girls fly at super lightspeed to rescue Professor Utonium, and eventually battle the bounty-hunters and the villain (as well as a few robotic monsters along the way). Just when the battle is about to turn in the villains' favor, Jack would step in at the last nanosecond to join the fight and save the day.
