Have you ever dreamed of your death?

If so describe the dream.

My best one was fighting to the death against vampires. I've had various battles with demons sometimes I win, sometimes I lose. I've also dreamed of being shot at close blank range by some guy who attempted to rob myself and friend. I don't back down in dreams either. I think that's the only time I've been killed by a living motal being. I've had very graphic dreams of violence. A lot of the times it's just me doing something to something or someone. Every once and awhile I'll get the fight to the death.

Yes, not in anything so strange tho. I dreamt of my future self living in Florida, old and looking back on my life as I died.

I have also dreamt of my birth. I have read of birth dreams before. People with traumatic experiences in birth often have birth dreams. (I was a month premature and had to be placed in an incubator).

Everything is first person and I never see myself

I've had many dreams of explicit violence and gore. I've never once had any of those "sexual dreams" I often wonder how people have those or if anyone really does

I have a lot of nightmares about getting murdered - being stabbed - but after I die, it's like I just lie there and watch the world go by from the ground - like when someone using a video camera falls down, and you can just see people's feet walking by.

I haven't had a "death dream" in ages that I can remember specifically. But...you know the dreams you get where you just keep falling? I have the opposite - I jump up, and then just keep floating up and up and up...and when I wake up, I feel like I'm going to puke.



Does that count as a death dream?

Daydream or Nightdream? Oh nightdream.

Nah not really, well there have been a few times in a dream where I've found myself fighting for some reason and I get to a point where I'm taking by suprise or just can't do anything else but wake up. Though there was this one dream where me and some other people were gonna invade this really spooky house where supposedly alot of people had died and the dead ppl were supposed to be like lawn ornaments, turned out they were robots that looked like people and before I woke up I was ducked behind some truck getting shot at by a shotgun and then I saw one of the robots coming at me.

Yes, I've had a few. They all started after the first time I had ever play Resident Evil 2, so it was pretty much that my town was infested by Zombies and other monsters. It always seem to of been in the day time and normal people would walk around, even though they would see these things walk through the street. Every monster would always focus on me too. So I'd basicly run through my town finding weapons, and killing Zombies (Alot more scary then it sounds) until just before I'd wake up, I'd run into a flying beam of light that would start laughing and would shoot me to death. Then a huge Game Over sign would appear, but I'd still be able to see everything around me.

Needless to say that after all this, I cut down on my Resident Evil 2 game time.

All the time! Yep...I die constantly....

Whether it be falling off a cliff, sacrificing my life to save others by jumping into something, or fighting head on with the angel of death. One time I went on a date with a female-embodiment of death, and at the end of the date she killed me(one of the coolest dreams I've ever had).

I still remember my "first" death dream, which I had when I was about...4 or 5. It was a dream I had over and over again for...8 years I think? Anywho...I was in a room of books, and I was climbing up to get a big glowing book, and just as I grab it, these giant..."zombie football players"(thats how my Mom tells me I use to describe it when I was a kid), break through the walls, and they all claw at me, and...I'd usually wake up by then, but I imagine they killed me....jerks...

Well I dream in color, I know that because I remember telling some girl in my dream once that she had a pretty red dress on.

Can't say that I have ever been killed in a dream, usually it is just one of those falling off of something dreams and I wake up way b4 I hit the ground.

I havn't really dreamed of death but my dreams are certainly confusing!

One moment I'm somewhere then next I'm in some place else, but its like a continous dream thou.


Hey does anyone know how to interpret dreams? I could us the help. I went to different sites trying to find out something but they are so stupid telling me something that doesn't every relate to what I dreamt.

Yes. I've been shot and stabbed many times (been shot in the groin once - must be a sexual reference). I think I've died once or twice,but I am often hotrribly injured and feel my life ebbing away.. not nice!

I've had only one black and white dream that I can remember. It was about I Love Lucy.

Anyway, the most recent time I dreamed that I died:

I learned that some scientists were going to do an experiment
out in California. I realized that the scientists were going to
destroy the world if they did what they were planning on doing,
and they didn't realize it, so I had to warn them. In order to do
it, I has to steal a motorcycle and rush to California. However, I
could not warn them directly about it, the security was too tight.
So I had to go to CBS and become a contestant on The Price Is
Right, which the scientests always watched. Unfortuately, I was
too late. A few moments after I got on the stage with Bob Barker,
the world started exploding. The studio started to shake, and
people started screaming, and the studio collapesed on me. I
then saw other places in the world, with massive earthquakes
and lava flows. Finally, I sat the entire earth, from out in space.
It exploded, and everything blacked out.

All of a sudden, the earth reappeared in front of me, with the
number of lives I had remaining in the upper left-hand corner
of my vision. My view started zooming back down to earth around
Utah th the time where I was a while before on the stolen
motercycle on the way to California. This time, I didn't wait to be
called on stage, I just ran up there and warned the scientests.
The earth was saved and I woke up.

That's strange. Maybe I have things on the confused side and the person who told me they dreamed black and white I must have told them that they were the first I heard of doing that
