    Computer poll

I'm just curius what computer everyone prefers the most.

I can gather most here would say IBM Compat (x86, Pentium) but as I said I'm just curious to what extent. I am a die-hard Amiga user so natch I voted for Amiga my second choice would be the Mac.

    Anyway your choices are:

IBM Compat x86: This is your everyday PC that usally runs Windows. Personally it does nothing for me.

Mac: Well a Mac, I do like these cute machines but they are not my computer of choice.

Amiga: The computer I mainly use. I like the fact it multi-tasks at hardware level (windows does it at OS level) plus it is very reliable (till they get old and get funny but hey nothing is perfect).

Atari ST, Falcon, whatever: All those Atari gui computers. Never really paid much attention to these since well as a Amiga user I'm suppose to spit on them for some reason (no I never did I'm sure they are fine computers.)

Other: Well something other then what is listed like a SGI

    I have a "Gateway."

They mailed it to my appartment, and I have free assistance and AOL for a year. Sounded good. And it's workin' out.

Meaning you have a IBM compatible machine. Glad it is working out for you so far. Don't get scared if you hear bashing on newsgroups for the machine it is just us veteran users want something more in our machines and the current state of the industry doesn't really allow us to make that choice.
