Hi, I'm planning on upgrading to the new ToonBoon Studio, it's about $100 if you already own an older version. Even though my budget is tight, I think it's all work it. I've animated with flash a couple of times usually doing traditional animation, then I got into Anime Studio Pro which I love, the bone animation is amazing, it's like digital puppetry. Though ToonBoom told me that they do a better job then them so I'm planning on upgrading. The instructional videos are about $100 though I talked to company that 'I'm an indie film maker who's trying to things off the ground and with a tight budget so they sent me the videos for free. Super nice of them. They told me that every animation studio in America uses ToonBoom Harmony (which of course, I can't afford. lol) and even Rough Draft Studios uses it. So anyone uses ToonBoom? The old 2009 version that I have currently I found sort of fusterating and hard to draw in but hopefully the upgrade vesion along with the training videos will help me.
