Board Rules Changes

Hey all,

In light of recent events, I've gone through and tweaked the rules a bit. I've changes a couple here and there and made them more...well, I think better. And yeah, I tweaked the one on mailbombing.... Anyways, take a gander if you like. Just remember, treat the rules right, and you'll be treated right.

BUMP! figured we needed it, since somebody has been posting the same message more than once on all the boards and it violates the following rule:

No spam or mailbomb (posting the same note more than once, on several boards, throughout this site) unless it's essential to the boards, like board news & announcements.

and, personally, I think it violates this rule, but, hey, I could get a second opinion on it:

When posting on this board, consider yourselves a guest in a home and act accordingly. Respect the mod and your fellow posters and you will be treated with respect in return. Be rude and obnoxious, and you will be asked to leave.


I don't think forcing me to see the same dumb pointless thread on each boards is respect for the posters, personally.


And as far as the flooding issue raised, as far as I have always understood the boards since I got on wayyyyyy back when they were on the old site, is that you are not to flood the boards with new threads. In other words, keep your new threads at a miminum. I actually saw somebody get banned for this, and it wasn't for replying.
