    Happy Birthday, Jeff Harris!

    Yet another day in January contains more than one significant birthday here at TZ. A true devotee of animation and webmaster of The X Bridge, Jeff Harris turns 31 today. Without his website I and others would not have found Toon Zone, and the site itself has been better for his writing these past few years. I wish him only the best today.
    I would suggest that it's not the medium, but the quality of perception and expression, that determines the significance of art. But what would a cartoonist know? -Bill Watterson
