American cartoons only have American funding (if you can call it that), and the rest is made up of Japanese ideas, Canadian voice-acting and Korean animation.
I'm glad they're doing this. I've had various relatives die from cancer and it's nice they're trying to do this.
How come I've never heard of this before? I'd assume it would be all over the news and stuff.
I guess people are more into hearing about "potential" terrorists than helpful issues like this.
