    All I ever use is paint. Find a picture you want to use, and save it to your computer. Then open it in paint, go into the "image" toolbar. Click on attributes, and change the width and hight. Also, it helps to use Strech & Skew to shrink the image.

    It's been awhile since I've posted in one of these, so my new Avatar is Ryo-ohki from Tenchi Muyo.
