    Anyone plays miniature wargames?

    Like This Thread!
I just wanted to ask you, peeps... Does anyone of you play miniature wargames, like Warhammer, Chainmail, WarZone, MageKnight or LotR? Or just plainly collects and paints miniatures?
Cause I do. Maybe we could show off our works.
My name is Westlander. Bjorn Westlander.
What?! Am I not making you go WWOW anymore?

And a word for some people from the one and only Silverknight: "If that actually bothers you, just go ahead and move to a shack in some forest in North Dakota for the rest of your life."

I make my own minitures. Then I get all of the neighbor kids together and force them to play my miniture RPGs. Does that count?

ages and ages ago, I used to. And when I say ages and ages ago, I mean it. Say, 20 years ago... I played with my big brother and his friends.

Now I'm spoiled for the OVA, and I've only watched the original "Bubbles Vanderbilt" series and the followup "Bubbles Vanderbilt Z"

I have another question, as well... what happened to the first two Bubbles Vanderbilts?

I used to years ago, when life was a little simpler before things like bills and free-lance work came along. Now though, if I have any spare time, I prefer to use it writing!

Stilll collecting the odd sets though - I'm currently collecting 15mm sci-fi and Heroclix, which I still do occassionally play with a few buddies...

Back inthe old days I played a little Warhammer and Warhammer 40K, but the game I played most was a lesser known table-top sci-fi (hence the interest in 15mm sci-fi...) game called Laserburn, which was written by the creators of Warhammer before they founded Games Workshop. It's very good...

    Hmmm... Must dig it out...

That's just the wargames though - if you mean RPG's as well, now that's a list as long as your arm!!! Star Wars, Star Trek, Marvel Superheroes, DC Heroes, Cyberpunk, Dragon Warriors, Runequest, Call of Cthulhu, Dark Conspiracy... Jeez, the list could go on and on and on...

Great training and practice for any prospective writers though...
