    A Different Kind of Computer Problem

    Like This Thread!
    I know this person who can't see anything on her desktop besides the wallpaper. She has to use the task manager to run programs. For the life of me, I can't figure out what the deal is. Should I just tell her to reformat and reinstall the WIndows XP? That might be difficult for her as I don't think she has the installation CDs.

    It's probably a virus. When you open your task manager is there a process called sysu.exe?

    Ah, reinstall, the only known fix for all Windows problems (no, i'm not a linux user)... but wait!
