    My Photography Portfolio

I just submitted this to Scholastics Friday...what do you think?

They're supposed to be 1930's Glam. I did them for my SEAP...Senior Exit Action Project. It's a year long project you have to do at my school in order to graduate. You have to pick a topic then thoroughly explore it through many elements. You have to have a proposal, an intent poster, reflections on the process, a book review, a research paper, a final product, a mentor, an Action, an interview...etc. This is my final product. My action was submitting it to be judged by Scholastics. I picked 1930's Glamour Photography and the recreation of it using today's technology. They are all digital black and white taken on a Canon D1. I based most of my stuff off of George Hurrell's work, a famous photographer of the time period. He shot publicity for MGM from the 30's on. He has some amazing pictures. So I spent the last 2 months working on this portfolio getting it ready for the competition. *nervous* I hope it does well...I won't know for TWO WEEKS! AHH!

(I know this is over on the drawing board as well but it wasn't getting any feedback)

Hey Em, great stuff there. I've already seen most of these over AIM with ya, and you know my comments. I like the one with li'l bro and his hands on top of the scanner (?) the most - the glow looks really cool in black & white.
