I especially enjoy the three-part "Zodiac Crimes" story where the Penguin & the Joker teamed up. The cliffhanger witht the giant clam actually scared me (I was only seven at the time).I would love to see all the epps on DVD. Especially the First Season, it was the best.
I'd love to see the third season come to DVD just to see Yvonne Craig as Batgirl. I was just fascinated by her. I'm sure much of my fondness for Barbara Gordon/Batgirl in the comics is due to Yvonne.

Batgirl did good good, and her suit wasn't that shabby for the show - it may have been the best looking costume if I remember right. I think the possibility for this show on DVD is very high, especially with the POTA 70s TV series being put to disc.

Man, if Planet of the Apes TV series is being put out on DVD, there is no excuse any more for other TV shows to not be out on DVD. None at all. I am not saying the show was bad, I never saw an episode, but from what I have heard about it and read about it, it was pretty formulaic and tepid. Batman was a MUCH better series, IMO, but then again I might be partial cuz I have seen the Batman TV series.
I couldn't see why they wouldn't. POTA the tv series is for the most part forgotten. Batman was a classic airing in syndication for over 30 years. Maybe we should start a petition to get these on DVD since Fox actually listens to it's fans. Unlike some studios (cough, WB, Cough).

Its funny but when we were going to see the new POTA movie I asked my sister if she had ever seen the first, she said the only thing she'd ever seen was the TV show and that she didn't even know there was a movie.Originally posted by Robin2099
