Hi there. I'm a big Batman/Superman & Batman Beyond fan, and I was wondering if there was any way everyone at this website could start a petition to send to Warner Bros. to ask them to put certain (and maybe someday all) Batman/Superman & Batman Beyond on DVD. (I'm sure this idea has been presented many times, so if there already is a petition, just let me know where to sign it and consider this a reminder to all new members, like myself.)
Let's say that Warner Bros. will only come out with two DVDs of the fan's choice. Personally, I'd go with this combo:
DVD #1: Batman/Superman, "World's Finest", and Batman Beyond, "The Call"
DVD #2: Superman, "Apokolips Now!", and "Legacy"
What does everyone think? Thanks.![]()
Favorites! (1) Action: Transformers & G.I. There is something wrong when "Worlds Finest" isn't out on DVD yet.
One more thought....I got the Black Adder DVD set (as I posted on the AniGen board) and each DVD has 6 25 mintue episodes on the discs. Disc 3 has Black Adder's Christmas Carol, which clocks in at 45 minutes long, which tells me that, if they wanted to, Warner could get eight episodes on one DVD easilly. If they got eight episodes of Batman and Superman and Batman Beyond on one DVD (and I personally think they could do more) it wouldn't take very many DVDs then to get the entire series out. It beats the three or four episodes some TV DVDs give us.
I want to see loaded DVDs of the series, similar to what Fox is doing with their shows. Imagine if thy remixed them in 5.1![]()

Ya think WB would've, since they released BATMAN BEYOND The Movie on VHS/DVD at the exact same time, but the DVD had 4 extra eps. There is still hope...hopefully...

Widescreen? I am sure these shows were done in the 1.33.1 ratio. Unless, they were like ahead of their time, which I doubt.Originally posted by Bird_Boy

Yeah, it would be kinda hard to have them in widescreen...but they could still remix the soundtrack and make it 5.1!
Remember how ROTJ was supposed to be widescreen?![]()
